How to Add Pictures. Masta, this is for YOU.

After using Ctrl + Alt + Prt Sc to take a screenshot, find out where the screenshot was saved to your computer.

Go up in the corner to the "Host an Image" button:



Click it and select 'Choose File':



After finding your screenshot, click OK. Change the size if you want. Click 'Host It.'



Wait a little while for the picture to upload. When it does, it will give you an 'Image URL'



Copy the image url into the post and enclose it with the image tags. An alternative option is to use the button next to the 'Host Image' button and paste the URL in there--it'll automatically enclose the URL in the tags for you.



Barring any odd problems, this ought to work.

Aaah! Weird! Its confusing with you adding an image in the guide to the guide you're writing... messes with your head.

Yeah, I'm doing all of that except for the copying the image url part.

My... window doesn't look like yours. Do you have like Vista or 7? Cause my comp is old and I'm using XP. :D

So instead of choose file it says browse. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by find out where my pic saved. I usually just take the screen, paste it into paint, then save it there. I'll try it now with a shot of this.

you're not doing it right,don't type the image tags upload your picture,then it should have every tag,not just the img,it has url tags too,dunno how that works but it only works for me if I do it that way.

I am doing it right. Something's just wrong. When I click upload, nothing comes up. It doesn't automatically put in any tags or anything. So stop telling me I'm doing it wrong. It's my computer, or something is wrong with my account or the forums or w/e. IDK.

I GOT IT. Masta's posts have BBCode disabled. I just adjusted that option in the other picture of Masta's, and now it shows up.

No, it's not a setting on the Admin Panel. It's something we can enable or disable in our individual posts, just like disabling smilies.
