How I fucked up my phone

This isn't exactly asking for tech support, since there's probably no way anyone can help me. Anyway, here's what happened.

I live in a dead zone for my cell phone provider (shocker). We never get more than a bar. My new phone has to be carried around in a metal mug to get reception. I decided to make my own external antenna for it. so I did. then I plugged it in, no real change in service--except it's more stable, and I don't need the mug when it's plugged in. So I unplugged it.
My phone can't get service without it now.

How do I reply to this? LOL

Well, you can always chuck your phone up against the wall and hope it fixes

tried it last night, about seven times lol.
it's okay now, the warranty people are apparently replacing it and for now I still have my old phone.

"Oh sorry, it turns out we can't replace this because you tampered with the default setup of the phone, kthnxbai!"

Duct tape fixes everything.

Even if they don't replace it, I still have my previous, FUNCTIONING one! lol.

Just use it with the antenna... Heheheheheh.


Also, where do you live? Oklahoma?!

I swear when I was in Oklahoma I couldn't ever get a signal.

We used/abused the warranty and got a new one, but I'm still okay with my previous phone until the new one comes lol
